JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court Proceeding. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., the son of the informant was taken by the petitioners to go in a marriage but, on the next day morning informant came to know that the petitioners have killed his son by electric shock and kept the dead body in their house and fled away.

In different paragraphs of the case diary, it has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8552 of 2020(5) dt.13-10-2020 2/2 come that the son of the informant was an employee of the petitioners, who were engaged in the business of Tent House and in course of operating the generator he was electrocuted. The petitioners are in jail since 09.12.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioners would fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which, the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
