2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that petitioners along with ten other accused entered the house of informant on 18.05.2024, thereafter accused fired ten rounds and even assaulted his father by dabi causing injury on head and hand and burned goods worth Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that from perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the informant does not disclose the reason for the occurrence. He further submits that daughter of Krishna Paswan had eloped with son of Ganesh Paswan namely, Putush and Putush is petitioner no. 1 on account of which a dispute had arisen in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that from side of the petitioners Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 243 of 2024 dated 19.05.2024 had been instituted against the side of informant and others. It is next submitted that this perhaps explains why the informant did not disclose the reason for the occurrence in the FIR.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, Ravindra Kumar opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like
