It appears that final order has already been passed in Certificate Case No. 15/2014-15; thereby the Certificate Officer has decided the matter against the petitioner. In such circumstance, it is ordered that if any distress warrant has been issued that will be kept in abeyance till the filing of the appeal/ interim application by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today and disposal of the interim application, if any,
Patna High Court CWJC No.14553 of 2016 (2) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period. If the petitioner does not file appeal/ interim application within three weeks from today, then this order will be treated to have been withdrawn.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
