Petitioners are accused in connection with Excise Case No. 158C-3 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 31.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail
