Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10495 of 2022(2) dt.30-03-2022 2/2 This application is for modification in order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21023 of 2021 by this Court, granting bail and directing the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks but due to surge of Covid-19 as well as they are poor villagers, they could not surrender and make furnish the bail bond before the court below within the stipulated period.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21023 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioners will surrender before the court of learned CJM, Bhagalpur and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case no.698 of 2020. Remaining parts of order dated 21.12.2021 shall remain intact.
