Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the respondent Block Development Officer, Daraunda sought for guideline from the District Welfare Officer, Siwan and the matter is pending. He further submits that in order to pursue the matter before the departmental authority, the writ application may be disposed of. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.17025 of 2016(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the departmental authority.

The Court hope and trust that the District Welfare Officer, Siwan will take appropriate decision on the guideline sought for by the Block Development Officer, Daraunda within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
