The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner and 40-50 unknown persons, armed with weapons, assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that coaccused Satendra Kumar fired from his pistol, which hit ankle of informant's brother, whereas, co-accused Arvind Kumar also fired and other accused persons pelted stones on informant and his family members.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus. Allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10288 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 firing is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 617 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
