The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 689 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he received rupees four lacs each from the several candidates for securing the job. After receiving the amount he provided forged appointment letter to the candidates, but later on the verification, it transpired that the appointment letter is forged. He submits that the candidates who were provided appointment letter apprehended the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is triable by the Magistrate and petitioner is in custody for nearly four months. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the case is triable by the Magistrate, the Court is inclined to grant the bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 689 of 2018. However, The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of four months from today.
