JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge -XII, Patna, vide order dated 21.12.2019 passed in Digha P.S. Case No. 533 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 406, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that while the petitioner has made payment to the husband of opposite party no. 2 and other accused persons, she was also present there and she also made false submission that she was minor.

Heard learned A.P.P. and perused the impugned order,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8874 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 from which, it appears that the learned Additional Sessions Judge, considering the submission of the parties, has granted anticipatory bail to opposite party no. 2 and there is no allegation that opposite party no. 2 has taken the amount from the petitioner. Further, there is no allegation of misuse of privilege of bail or tampering with the evidence or any chance of her absconding.

In view of the above facts, I find no merit in this application, same is, accordingly, dismissed (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
