This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the husband was in Delhi at the time of occurrence and in the FIR itself it has been stated that intimation about the occurrence was given on 04.07.2013 however, the case has been lodged on 08.07.2013. It is further submitted that the victim was examined by a doctor in a hospital. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
