2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1, namely, Sita Ram Thakur @ Satish Kumar Thakur @ Satish Thakur has died on 28.02.2022. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the heirs of petitioner no. 1 and others to make a fresh detailed

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.

5. On filing the fresh detailed representation on behalf of the heirs of the petitioner no. 1 and others within four weeks, the appropriate authority shall dispose of the same preferably within a period of six months.
