JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 It has been submitted by Sri Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel, that the present case has been filed by one Sri Anand Kumar Ojha, who has joined few years back and because of the same name, it is very difficult for him to mark his cases. 2.

In these circumstances, junior Sri Anand Kumar Ojha is directed to make necessary arrangement in the registry so that there may not be any confusion regarding his name.

Sri Bachan Jee Ojha, father of junior Anand Kumar Ojha, submits that necessary steps will be taken by them and the registry shall be informed about the same. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12014 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/3 learned APP appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code. 6.

The petitioners and others are accused of killing the daughter of the informant. The petitioners are in custody since 08.10.2023.

The petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the deceased. There are general and omnibus allegations against them. From the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased has committed suicide.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M- VI, Bhojpur (Ara) / concerned Court, in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No.100 of 2023. 10.

This is subject to the condition that petitioners shall mark their attendance in Dhangai Police Station, District- Bhojpur on first Sunday of the month. Any
