JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the maternal uncle of the deceased, is dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner, rather main allegation is against the husband of the deceased. Further, he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
