Heard Mr. Chandan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Atul Chandra, learned A.P.P. for the State. The instant revision petition has been filed against the rejection of the petitioner's application made under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction for further investigation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.226 of 2021(7) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 petitioner's bail application is pending consideration before this Court. He submits that he may be granted liberty to take all appropriate steps and measures legally permissible before the learned Trial Court.

With liberty, as aforesaid, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
