This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 318 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The petitioner is the owner of a commercial vehicle having a clean antecedent.

Considering the above fact that petitioner has clean antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed.
