The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in, brief, is that seven miscreants entered into the office of Petrol Pump,namely Satyam Service Station, Bhojpur and snatched Rs. 20,000/- and mobile. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. It is further submitted that there is no recovery of

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gopalganj in Mohammadpur P.S.Case No. 74 of 2014.
