JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 562 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is brother-inlaw and petitioner no. 3 is sister-in-law of the deceased. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are the relatives of husband of the deceased. Further submission is that the husband of the

It is also submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 562 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
