The petitioner is accused in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that Md. Aiyub, named in the F.I.R. as accused, admitted before the informant about committing the murder of Md. Rafifque, son of the informant, and the husband of this petitioner but informant raised only suspicion against the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner being the lady has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.06.2014.

No.48731 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014.
