JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is said to be husband of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case three witnesses have been examined, who are father, brother and uncle, and they have no supported the prosecution case and only independent witnesses are remained to be examined and he is in custody since 27.1.2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6862 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XXIII, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 877 of 2019, arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, G.R. No. 924 of 2019 on the condition that after release he has to appear before trial court on each and every date except showing some genuine reason, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
