State.

Petitioner was found distilling 175 litres of country made liquor. He is in jail custody since 27.06.2014, besides the present case he is accused in one more case.

In the circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 52/14 (G.R. No. 2901/2014).
