No doubt the petitioner is carrying criminal incident but in the present case except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.11.2013 but he was not put on T.I.P. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 41 of 2012.
