Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20904 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 2015, be placed before an appropriate Bench.
So far as Cri. Misc. No. 20904 of 2015 is concerned, the same has been filed under sections 439 and 440 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Petitioner of Cri. Misc. No. 20904 of 2015 is languishing in custody since 17.02.2015 in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 and there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover co-accused Mohim Lal Rajak @ Mahil Rajak @ Ram Pukar Rajak @ Mohil Lal Rajak has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court Vide order dated 24.07.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 25229 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioner namely Anant Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjeev Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Saharsa in Salkhua P.S. Case no. 257 of 2014.
