In the instant petition, petitioner sought for the following relief/reliefs:

A) To direct the respondents to re-measure height of the petitioner who completed all the physical activities with excellent remarks under advertisement no. 02/2019 although wrongly measured height of petitioner indicating 153.7 cm while petitioner's height is 155 cm.

B) To direct the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4682 of 2021 dt.01-12-2021 2/2 publish the result taking into the account that the petitioner who is 155 cm tallest/heights.

C) Any other relief(s) for which petitioner is entitled for the ends of justice.

Petitioner is a candidate for recruitment to the post of constable. For want of height qualification, petitioner was made ineligible. The cut of measurement is 155 cm. Petitioner was subjected to physical test on two occasions in which it was recorded 153.5 and 153.7 respectively. Thus, the petitioner has presented this petition.

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to reexamine the petitioner's height once again within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and proceed in accordance with law.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
