Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 379, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police had gone to raid the house of the petitioner for arrest of the petitioner in connection with a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The police recovered fifty-eight ATM Cards of different bank in the name of different persons.

Though the petitioner has not explained the possession of such number of ATM Cards, however, submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 10.11.2020 and there is no allegation that ATM Cards were to be used for cheating someone nor there is any evidence that the same were used.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19176 of 2021(3) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 505 of 2020, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
