JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioners are in custody since 10.07.2014 in relation to Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 dated 09.07.2014 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 324, 342, 414, 449 and 504 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners refers to the First Information Report and the order of learned Sessions Judge, by which the bail application of the petitioners has been rejected, to show that there is no specific overt act as alleged against the petitioners. It is supposed to be one friend Chandan Kumar who demanded money and found abusing the mother of the informant, leading to altercations and ultimately death of the deceased in course of treatment.

Be that as it may, the petitioners, namely, Shatrughan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47137 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Sah and Ranjan Singh will be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014.
