The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the First Information Report it has been alleged that petitioner is claiming himself to be an agent of Royal Sundaram Insurance Company and approached the informant for insurance of the vehicle and demanded Rs.18,000/. The informant was not satisfied with the answer of the petitioner, contacted the Insurance Company from where reply has come that insurance is required to Rs.31,000/ and odd. Thereafter the informant called Officer of the Insurance he identified

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no monetary transaction save and except the demand was made by the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.9.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Manoj Kumar Singh alias Niraj, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.214 of 2015. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
