2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner is ready to file a detailed representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (respondent no. 2). The counsel for the petitioner further prays that if such a representation is filed, the Managing Director,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14504 of 2016(3) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (respondent no. 2) may be directed to dispose of the said representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (respondent no. 2) within one week from today and if such a representation is filed, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna (respondent no. 2) is directed to dispose of the same on its merit, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner further within a period of two months, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application is disposed of. All pending I.A. will also be deemed to have been disposed of.
