ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2014 in connection with Motihari Town Police Station Case No. 314 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have withdrawn money from the A.T.M. of S.B.I. after taking the same surreptitiously. C.C.T.V. camera also indicates that the petitioner was found at the A.T.M. concerned.

However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a student and also that he has been in custody since 03.08.2014, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47266 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 bonds Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari District-East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town Police Station Case No. 314 of 2014. However, it is made clear that the petitioner will present when required during investigation.
