Patna High Court L.P.A No.107 of 2025 dt.25-06-2026 2/3 11695 of 2018, whereby, the order of Disciplinary Authority, inflicting Respondent No. 1 with severe punishment of dismissal, dated 13.05.2014, as well as the Appellate Order, dated 28.05.2015, stood quashed and all consequential benefits were directed to be paid to Respondent No. 1, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of judgment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that this matter is similar to the matter dealt with in CWJC No. 443 of 2022, whereby the impugned order was set aside and the respondents were directed to reinstate the petitioner therein, in service, with all consequential benefits preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. In compliance thereto, the appellants have reinstated the petitioner therein.
3. Learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 submits that this is a similar matter and the Court may issue orders in tandem with the order of the Writ Court (Annexure-R1/1).
4. Having given due consideration to the submissions advanced and in view of the order of the Writ Court (supra), let the Respondent No. 1 be treated on parity with the petitioners in C.W.J.C. No. 443 of 2022.
5. With the above direction, this Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of.
