JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2023 Learned Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, proposes to file a fresh representation regarding his grievance before the Vice Chancellor of the University within a period of four weeks from today and submits that the Vice Chancellor may be directed to dispose the representation filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.

Learned Counsel for the University is present and is having no objection.

Taking into consideration the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed with permission to the petitioner to file a fresh representation
