JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 379, 401, 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is of commission of theft of motorcycle. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., later on his name transpired during course of investigation. Apart from that he is accused in eight other cases of similar nature.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except confessional statement, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioner and he has been in custody for since 26.07.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.6880 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the charge is framed, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
