Even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, there is allegation against this petitioner that he gave information to father of Jeenat Perveen about her quarrel with the deceased and thereafter, father of Jeenat Perveen and others came and assaulted the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur/ concerned court in Sanhaula P.S.
