The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 68 of 2018, registered under Sections 498-A, 363, 366, 323 and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that after the marriage, sister of the informant went to her matrimonial house and she was blessed with two child, but in spite of that she was being tortured by her husband (Petitioner) and other in-laws. Thereafter, informant took her sister along with her children to his house. On 16.02.2018, petitioner talked on mobile to his

Thereafter, Ashraf Jamal @ Nanki, maternal brother of the petitioner came and accompanied his sister along with her children and since then sister of the informant is missing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to misunderstanding the informant, which is brother of wife of the petitioner has lodged the present case. Further submission is that while notice was issued to the informant and the wife of petitioner, which were served upon them, but none have turned up. Further submission is that, in fact, wife of petitioner, who is sister of the informant is residing with the petitioner and leading her conjugal life and she has also sworn on affidavit in this regard on 27.12.2018, which is annexure-3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, subject to the condition as
