3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the private respondent nos. 5 and 7 are present.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present writ petition has been filed for measurement of his land.

Learned counsel for the State submits that written counter affidavit has been filed by which it transpires that the measurement has been made with regard to Measurement Case No. 20 of 2022-23 and as such there is no need of continuation of the present writ petition as the prayer made in the writ petition has been completed and grievances has been settled.
6. Counsel appearing for private respondent submits that the dispute between the parties was also decided by court of Depute Collector Land Reforms in Land Dispute Case No. 4 of 2020-21 against which appeal was also preferred and the said appeal has now been decided as informed by counsel for the petitioner.
7. The aggrieved party shall have liberty to challenge the said order passed in appeal before the BLT as accepted by all the parties.
8. In this background, the present writ petition is disposed off and all parties concerned are free to take legal recourse under law.
