The petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No.71 of 2013 (S.T. No.801 of 2013) instituted for the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that Sudha Srivastava was married with the petitioner. He used to torture her and allegation has been made to have killed his wife by strangulation and threw her body in a well situated in the north side of the village. When the informant could know he went to the house of the petitioner. There he found, house was locked and all persons have fled away.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49457 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
