2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 59701 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the petitioner went abroad to eke out his livelihood. In the meantime, he was granted anticipatory bail and thus could not surrender in the court below.

4. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 12.09.2022, passed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17326 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 in Cr.Misc. No. 59701 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.
