Petitioner is in jail custody since 13.2.2015 in a case registered under sections 498A, 368 and 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to be friend of husband of the informant and he along with his wife as well as husband of the informant gave intoxicated Kheer to the informant and after that sold her for prostitution.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 211/2012.
