The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 17 of 2020 arising out of Barbigha (Mission O.P.) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 4 cartons of liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
