The petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Cattle Trespass Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was Khalashi of the vehicle, on which, the cattle was said to be loaded and the said cattle is not belonging to him. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46781 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Dhanaha P.S.
