JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For directing the respondents to inquire into the allegation leveled against the District Programme Officer, Establishmentcum-Mid Day Meal, Jehanabad for committing illegality/irregularity as well as mal-practicing in transfer, promotion, appointment and payment of the teachers working in Jehanabad district.
(ii) Also to direct the respondents to take action in pursuance to the inquiry report dated 3.11.2014 submitted by the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.17190 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 Minority Welfare Officer, Jehanabad against the District Programme Officer, Establishment-cum-Mid Day Meal, Jehanabad.
(iii) Also to direct the respondents to hold inquiry against the District Programme Officer, Establishment-cum-Mid Day Meal, Jehanabad against her illegality/ irregularity/ mal practicing committed in transfer, posting, promotion, payment etc, of the teachers during her posting tenure at Jehanabad from 2011 to till date. "
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
