JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-11-2017 This application has been filed pointing out that even though the writ petition bearing Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 7040 of 2017 has been disposed of by this Court on 12.07.2017 directing respondent No. 2, the Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah to look into the grievance of the petitioner, it is pointed out that inadvertently in the writ petition, particulars of Khesra numbers have been mentioned incorrectly and therefore to avoid further confusion in the matter, it is said that the order be clarified by indicating the correct Khesra numbers.

Patna High Court MJC No.3205 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Taking note of the aforesaid, we direct that the Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah, respondent No. 2 in compliance to the order passed on 12.07.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 7040 of 2017 shall deal with the following lands namely land bearing Khesra No. 5837, area 03 Dhurs, Khesra No. 5838, area 06 Dhurs and Khesra No. 5841, area 05 Dhurs, total 14 Dhurs situated in Mauza, Mohalla-Lal Bazar, Ward No. 20/1, Bettiah.

With the aforesaid clarification to the order passed on 12.07.2017 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 7040 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
