48 bags of rice and wheat were recovered from the shop of the petitioner who happens to be owner of grocery shop. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 19.1.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Jagdishpur P.S.
