2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners assaulted nephew of informant and also snatched his mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. As per injury report (Annexure - 2), the injuries, sustained by nephew of informant, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 379 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
