2(I) That this is an application for issuance a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 3 The District Magistrate, Darbhanga to dispose the application dt 08.07.2023 filed by the petitioner whereby and whereunder Land Possession Certificate (L.P.C.) has been issued by the respondent no. 4 The Circle Officer Singhwara Anclal, Darbhanga in favour of the petitioner vide Certificate No. 1305/2023 -2024 on 15.4.2023, Khata no. 80, Khesra no. 528 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.2986 of 2024(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/3 Rakaba 10 Akre 91 Decimal but proper measurement as well as demarcation of the aforesaid land of the petitioner has not been also done till today due to absence of the government Amin rather the petitioner has ready to pay fee for appontment for government Amin which is illegal and against the eye of law.

II. That for issuance of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled with the facts and circumstances of the case.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 duly put on affidavit by the Circle Officer, Singhwara, Darbhanga (respondent no.4) annexing the Memo no. 424 dated 09.03.2024 by which the said office has requested the petitioner to provide relevant documents so that further steps is/are taken in the matter.

4. Both the petitioner as well as State Counsel agree to the fact that the writ petition can be disposed of allowing the petitioner to provide all the relevant documents to the respondent no.4 ascertain the matter to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to provide all the documents required before the said office (respondent no.4) who shall take up the matter and after putting all the concerned party on notice to dispose it of in next four months.
