JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2014 in relation to Rasulpur P.S. Case No.85 of 2013 instituted under Sections-341/323/363A/364/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner and three others persuaded the informant to allow informant's son to go to Bombay to earn livelihood. They all went to Bombay but the informant neither hear from his son nor his son returned as such it is alleged that the petitioner and others taken away and killed his son.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the son of the informant, after having gone to Bombay, was working in a hotel. They all were working in different places. They do not have any contact with the son of the informant and why he is not contacting from his father is not known to them. It is

Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Prabhu Ram shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran, Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S.
