Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to F.I.R., for withdrawal of the earlier case there is allegation of demand of ransom and commission of theft.

Submission is that false allegation is there only due to criminal antecedents of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2020.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19212 of 2021(2) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.

Learned trial court is directed to expedite the framing of the charges.
