JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioners are in custody since 23.8.2014 in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No. 55 of 2014 instituted under sections 342, 376, 365/34 of the IPC and Sections 3/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that though the date of occurrence is 2.7.2014 the matter has been reported to the police on 10.7.2014, more than a week after the alleged recovery of the girl. He further submits that the allegation of sexual exploitation is on Dhanilal Sah, who happens to be a relation of the petitioner.
Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Sunil Sah and Prabhakar Sah, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
