JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(1) That this petition is for setting aside an order dated 15.11.2022 passed by District Collector, Gopalganj in Aganwari Appeal No. 3 03/2022 (Julekha Khatun Vs. The State of Bihar and others) refusing her claim without providing reasonable opportunity of hearing under wrong premises ignoring finding recorded in C.W.J.C No. 5456/2021 on 03.02.2022 directing for decision within period of three months after hearing to petitioner and respondent Sona Kumari wherein aforesaid decision was final and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
