Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught along with victim by the villagers, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. case no. 260/2014 pending in the court of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned court stands rejected.
