This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 19.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 37099 of 2019 with payer to reduce the maintenance amount of Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 2,000/- and to fix a reasonable time to conclude the trial. In the petition, there is no valid ground as to why the maintenance amount of Rs. 10,000/- be reduced to Rs. 2,000/-, since this Court had passed order in view of undertaking given by the petitioner that he was ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month to opposite party no. 2 and after elapse of more than two years, there is no reason for this Court to recall / modify aforesaid order and accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
